Project Progress Update
Humbleton Park Auction Centre (HPAC)
Construction of the Brand New “Humbleton Park Auction Centre” (HPAC) is now underway within Humbleton Park. The 52 week build program commenced on Monday the 29th of April 2019. The company is proud to announce that works have begun onsite, we look forward in being able to offer a new state of the art
Auction, Business & Conference Centre catering for the rural community and other sectors of Business.
The Building will offer two Livestock Auction Rings, with all livestock facilities needed to conduct Livestock Society Sales. The Land Agency will have a brand new office catering for the growing numbers of Land Agents, Surveyors and associated staffs, the Accountancy Business will move from its current location within Darlington town centre to the New Centre.
Conference and Meeting rooms have been incorporated within the building catering for the needs of all business sectors that require those quiet areas for private meetings for small numbers of delegates but also equally the building will offer an area capable of holding conferences for up to 250 delegates at one event.
The restaurant/café will be modern, efficient and supported by a commercial kitchen catering for the needs of the Conference centre, letting units and the volumes of daily customers visiting the centre.
The 25 acre site will have a designated area constructed for the every growing Vehicle, Farm Machinery, Plant & Construction Equipment Auctions.
This area will be security fenced and have 24/7 camera security.
Within the Concourse of the Building there are 10 internal letting units varying in size catering for the Agri Businesses associated to the industry.
The 25 acre site is located 2 mins off Junction 58 of the A1, to the east of the A68, this location lends itself ideally to this development and the future needs of many other business sectors.
Hall Construction are the firm chosen to work with DFAM in the construction of the new state of the art Auction & Business Centre.

Week 9. Last week saw the sun above us. This enabled Hall Construction to dig foundations and lay concrete into the footing of many of the locations of where the frame of the building will stand. More site excavations took place widening the lorry park to the rear of the site. The entrance is now taking shape and the vast entrance can now be seen should you be driving past on the A68, please take a look. This week ahead the power lines are scheduled to be moved, more foundations are to be laid, as I write this the rain is coming down, the rest of the week looks to be vastly improved. Many Thanks
